AWARDS PROCESS

  • Step 1: NOMINATE

    Nominate the Maintenance or Management Hero of your choice by 11:59pm EST on 4/10/19.

  • Step 2: VOTE
    Our panel of CRE professionals will pick the finalists for each category, and then voting will open to the public on 4/17/19.
  • Step 3: CELEBRATE
    The Property Hero winners will receive official bragging rights, $1200 cash, and be featured in a Building Beat blog post. The runner up in each category will receive $300.
