Cushman & Wakefield
Nomination Story #1:
Tony attended a “super user” training event in Boston over the summer, he brought back so much information to our property management teams, and our engineers. Tony has setup reporting for tracking building hours, employee hours, and has them emailed weekly or monthly to the appropriate manager. Tony has been the sole “super user” in the Indianapolis market helping our engineering teams with simple tasks such as showing them where to input time per work order, to entering complete building PM systems on several buildings. He is constantly looking for more, and new ways to utilize Building Engines with our managed properties.
Nomination Story #2:
Anthony represented Cushman’s Indy team to go to the Building Engines Training in Boston. He has brought back very useful information that has allowed us to utilize Building Engines to its fullest extent. We are still learning how we can make things more efficient and Tony is always ready to learn and find the Building Engines solution that best fits our buildings needs. With his help setting things up we were able to better organize and be more efficient in work order responses. He deserves to be acknowledged for all his extra work to make our jobs easier.
What do you love most about your role?
There are many things I enjoy about my job. I would say what I enjoy the most is, introducing and implementing processes and procedures to the buildings we manage. I recently attended the Transform conference in Boston. I realized after the conference how robust Building Engines really is. For example, I have since then conducted training sessions with our property management team in Indianapolis to help them understand how they can better utilize the Building Engines platform at their properties. From the training sessions I have seen properties become more efficient in their day to day business by using the Building Engines platform which in return makes us more valuable in the CRE business. I’m also putting proposals together to add Building Engines at properties we have that have no computerized work order systems in place. I really believe in Building Engines platform and see a tremendous value. Also the BE support team is amazing!!!!!
What technology do you rely on most in your day to day work?
I rely on a computerized systems the most ie… work order systems (BUILDING ENGINES!!!!) and BMS (building management systems).
