Art oversees a large amount of medical buildings. He delivers great, professional services, and “gets the job done” in a prompt matter; always communicating effectively as needed.
Arthur “Art” Call performs facilities maintenance for one of our companies biggest portfolios. He travels between 30+ locations totaling 500,000 sf. Art is a hero in my eyes as he does the work of three people. I can always count on Art to get the job done. He shows true grit in his ability to do whatever it takes to make our tenants happy no matter how big or challenging the task may be. He is flexible and always looking for ways to develop new processes for better organization and efficiency. He will drop what ever he is doing to respond to urgent matters. He is always willing to do the jobs that no one else wants to do including sacrificing his nights and weekends to work with contractors and respond to emergency situations. I am extremely grateful to have Art on my team, as he truly embodies a maintenance hero. Thank you for your time and consideration.
