Fred is the backbone of our maintenance department. He is passionate about ensuring that work is done timely and WELL. Fred has been through a lot this past year. Between family emergencies and medical issues, one would certainly understand if he missed some days or if his performance were a bit below where it usually is. Not Fred, though. Fred shows up every day, regardless of how he feels physically. He knows exactly what is going on at each of his properties and anticipates / resolves issues before they happen. Fred has an amazingly dry and sarcastic sense of humor, and we would be remiss not to mention his glorious mane of hair. We love Fred around here and he definitely deserves more recognition than he gets.
Fred is always positive and always working his hardest even through the tough times. Fred recently was informed that he is in dire need of a kidney transplant. That his kidneys are rapidly declining and are now only operating at 11%. On top of his significant case of diabetes he has to keep a tight rope on, Fred always comes to work with no complaints and eager to serve. He knows his stuff and is the best of the best. He greatly deserves recognition for persevering through it all and still performing at the top for our company. We’d be lost without him and would love for him to be blessed with winning this to bring something positive into his life!
