Jeremy Teeter surpasses any go above and beyond category. He is in a category of his own. For a company that focuses on the tenant’s work place experience, Jeremy lives and breathes it by ensuring no ball is ever dropped. He encourages team work by ensuring all members from sales to service have their areas of responsibility covered. When something is missed he handles it. He has spearheaded challenges with power outages requiring a large scale emergency generator, sewer and water leaks and he still maintains an extremely positive attitude, and is willing to dig in more to get the job done and most importantly the tenant taken care of in a timely manner. What do you love most about your role?
What I love the most about the position I hold is being able to give our tenants (community members as we call them) the assurance that I am here for them to help do whatever I can to make their workday as pleasant and smooth as possible. I also love all the relationships that I have formed with them because of the trust and reliability they have come to expect from this.
What technology do you rely on most in your day to day work?
The Building Engines platform has to be one of the best tools I have that helps the community members get their needs to me where we can address their issues in a very quick and professional manner.
