Cushman & Wakefield
Jon went from shy building engineer to bouncing chief engineer. We have 4 x buildings with only office space. Jon was always willing to do everything. The title of Engineer did not just mean sitting behind a desk controlling the temperature, this man was up with every work order, from clogged toilets, to floods and even trash pick up, no job was too big or too small, within 6 months he was promoted to chief. The tenants only ever wanted to deal with Jon and knew his friendly face everyday. He was not only about the engineering but he was also customer focused and always did his best to assist the tenants with whatever it may be. In winter with the snow and ice, Jon always made an effort to come into work early and ensure that salt was on the pavement so that the tenants would not slip. I just want to say, he really is an asset to the company, if you meet him he will be someone you won’t forget. I Hope he is nominated for this award, he really puts the A in Class A buildings.
Tenants never have to wait for a resolution to their requests, EVER.
