When the head of Security unexpectedly passed-away, she oversaw the training of a replacement so everything functioned like clockwork. As if all that wasn’t enough, with her budget wizardry she ensured that all the extra expenses of 2016 that the property did not lose money and no additional costs were incurred to the tenants.
