Centron Real Estate & Development
Management Hero
Nomination Story:
She took a position as Assistant Property Manager at a company that had no property management division. She was the property management division once hired. She continually performs the job of property manager and building operator learning and smiling while dealing with tenants all in one. When a catch basin storm drain freezes and floods the parking lot on a weekend, she is there in rubber boots working alongside the combo vac truck. When a sanitary drain backs up on a second floor of a building she is the first one on scene and doesn’t leave until she and the plumber correct the situation. When the parkade sump pump goes down, she is knee deep in water figuring out what is wrong and works to correct the situation as fast as she can. When tenants come with issues she solves them. She is truly a hero at Centron, performing multiple jobs and figuring out solutions promptly.
