Lincoln Property Company
Nomination Story #1:
Lynna came to Mill and Main as tenant coordinator just one year ago this past August. She and senior property manager Paul Sullivan have been successful with many properties in the Lincoln Property portfolio. No amount of experience however, could prepare anyone for what Lynna would take on at Mill and Main. One million square feet, 30% occupancy, 2 main entrances under major construction, and a tenancy that has endured 5 years of landlord turnover and restructure. To say that the tenants and their employees were unhappy with building management would be a bit understated. Now our hero Lynna did not win over her new people right away. It’s been a year of mending fences, gaining trust, and addressing the day to day. Every day, Lynna is the face and the voice of the office. Always a smile and an extended hand in when confronted by often irate and frustrated people, she guides everyone through their difficulties. At the same time, she sorts out the work orders to the maintenance staff. Just the tip of the iceberg when describing why Lynna is our Management Hero. Did I mention she lives an hour away and she’s a single mom. This HERO has no equal.
Nomination Story #2:
Lynna is the glue that keeps the site running. She is our face good or bad. She has to deal with all of our tenants and that can be a tough row to hoe. She does it all with a smile on her face and kind words even when she feels like crying inside. I feel that she is very deserving of this award.
Nomination Story #3:
She’s on the front lines receiving many work orders through out the day and does a great job assigning work orders to appropriate personnel. She follows up with our maintenance staff to ensure the work orders are completed and closed out in the appropriate times and keeps our tenants updated on the progress being made.
