Nomination Story:
Martin has consistently been a proactive part of our Asset Services team, always getting ahead of potential concerns, initiating processes, and following through on his ideas. He has implemented the Building Engines software in his newly awarded Historical Building of the Year at South Street Landing located in the heart of downtown Providence and consistently provides A1 customer service. His knowledge and can-do attitude is an example his subordinates and peers can look up to. He brings the best quality product to the table each and every time he enters the room regardless of their skillset or education. He keeps things running when they need to be kept running and knows where to go when he’s knee deep in water and with his available time he’s always looking for a better way of doing things through innovation, and whatever tools he has available to him. He has long been in a field where he is not only the best at what he does but a leader in the industry. He has worked at South Street Landing during a complete renovation through to its completion and never sits back on his accomplishments. He is a valued member to his team and the community and truly deserves to be recognized as our Property Hero.
