Mary, is the property manager for the Aventine which was built in 1989. Since taking over the property she has brought the Aventine complex up to a Class A superior building. She has implemented the building as best in competition and sets higher standards for the property to be efficient as newer built properties are. With setting higher standards for the Aventine to be the best, the property has earned LEED Platinum, and achieved an high rating in the energy star. Mary, has over seen major building projects, such as major over haul and remodel of the main lobby which resulted in winning an SDSU art institute award for the design. She ensures the property is always going in the right direction of being green in energy demand. She also has developed ways for the property tenants to have a better quality of life while working at Aventine, such has having many amenities on site, such as utilization of free Zagster bicycles, creating a shower/locker room to include a mothers room, a peloton bike room, a multi phone charging station, located in the lobby for guest on site, and free car charging stations for both Tesla & multi-use car charging stations. She has overseen the renovation of the main building landscape by utilizing drought tolerant plants and installing up to date irrigation systems using recycled claim water to include drip irrigation. All upgrades to the main corridor floors has been converted over to LED lighting methods, for lower energy usage. Since Mary has taken the property manger role for Aventine, both employees & tenants, alike are really pleased with her proactive skills as property manager. She has achieved the building to win the TOBY award, in San Diego, which has not seen this award since 2008. She sets high professionalism above par as a property manager and is always on the top of her excellent working ethics.
