Property Administrator, JLL (Northwest Region)
Tiffany is the consummate team player. If our team were the mission impossible bunch than Tiffany would be the superstar, behind the scenes, facilitator.
Armed with her computer and telephone, Tiffany cuts through any confusion and guides our maintenance staff us via radio to the tenant service calls in a friendly and efficient manner. She gets the big picture, we our a team and our goal is customer satisfaction.
With Tiffany on board, there is a sense that we are all pulling in the same direction, this has not always been the case. Considering that Tiffany is relatively new to the property management field, she has picked up on how to prioritize work orders very quickly. When five work orders come in simultaneously, Tiffany is almost immediately sorting through them and getting us to the hotspots right away. In a building of over a thousand tenants, almost everyone knows who Tiffany is and that when she is on a job it will be completed in a timely and professional manner with a smile thrown in to boot. In a city with a highly competitive commercial office space market , role players like Tiffany can make all the difference.n.
Interesting fact about finalist:
This is a hard one… my last job, I was there for 33 years! I felt like I practically grew up with the company. I was still in school when I got the job, got engaged, married, had three wonderful children. The company sold last year and I had to shut down the office – and was literally the last person there to shut the door. It was a great company!
What they love most about their job:
What I love most about my job is the daily interactions with my colleagues, tenants and vendors at our property. I’ve learned that running a building and dealing with a large number of people needs a lot of time, patience and is a team effort – and I have a great team to work with!
The piece of work technology do they depend on most:
My computer and the different systems I use (like Building Engines!). It’s my connection with everyone and everything I do on a daily basis from emails with tenants & vendors, banking, purchasing, appointments & scheduling, notifications & work orders etc. It works for me and is the best way to go – I couldn’t function well without it!
