Senior Property Manager, Berman Enterprises
Wendy gives everything to ensure the tenants and buildings thrive on every single day. One specific example occurred this past fall when one of our heat exchangers started to leak in our 10 story office building. Wendy was currently managing her team, 3 tenant improvement projects and a number of large capital improvement projects. In classic property management fashion, the heat exchanger started leaking on a day off when she had scheduled to attend an award ceremony honoring her son’s academic achievement.
The call came in from the on site engineer who properly identified the problem and notified both Wendy and our HVAC contractor. Then Wendy proceeded to manage the HVAC contractor and our staff engineers to correctly troubleshoot, diagnose and fix the problem. Wendy was able to attend her sons ceremony and ensure the proper repair of the HVAC equipment all while the 10 stories worth of tenants were happily going about their normal business. She was able to manage and avert a potential water and temperature disaster. For this example and the hard work Wendy puts in every day, she Rocks!
