Being a new PM and taking on three (3) bldgs. in 2018 I had to have a go to/mentor. Winnie was just that for me. When I called Winnie she was very supportive and gave responses that didn’t incriminate or belittle me for not knowing nor did she boast that she had to share information. Winnie was a trustworthy and genuine PM with lots of experience in the industry. Winnie lost her mom but I was still able to come to her for budget concerns/questions and to sit in her meetings gave me a new mindset on running meetings. Winnie is also so kind and her attitude never escalates to where you are afraid to approach her. Thank you Winnie!
What do you love most about your role?
Managing a family of people I work with every day and serving in a building I love.
